Password and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

To shop with us, you need to:

• have a credit or debit card that we accept; and
• be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).
  

Just FYI, some of the goods sold through our Websites may not be suitable for under 18s.

Order Processing & Delivery

Remember to check your cart and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before confirming your order, as we may not be able to amend or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please email krita.ba@playfulpromises.com and we will do their best to help you, but please note order cancellations or changes to orders may not be possible. 

Playful Promises reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders placed on the Playful Promises website. We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order for any of the following reasons:

• The product is not available / in stock
• Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
• Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
• We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself
• Force Majeure
• In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information

All purchases are subject to the usual validation checks and authorisation procedures in place at your chosen payment provider. Any refusal by the payment provider to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Playful Promises liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns & Refund 

As a wholesale partner, we ask that all orders are placed with care, as we do not accept returns or offer refunds on wholesale purchases.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us and our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Products & Prices

There is a lot going on here at Playful HQ and from time to time our busy team may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices include VAT (where applicable).

Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged. Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
